Key player in our operation. This person should be a good balance between operations and financial strength, They need to come from a background of strong systems and leadership. This role is all about the fit. Starting salary is 72K with a bonus structure and tip pool.
Service Staff
Bar, Servers, Hosts and food runners. Service and bar must have at least 1 year experience. We are will to train the others. Wages based on experience and role.
Dish Team, Receiving and Runners
These persons should be able to be organized, tidy and be able to process large orders and manage the logistics of a very busy restaurant with full bar inventory and manage all of the storerooms. This person should be able to do heavy lifting and have a awesome work ethic. 20 to 24 per hour.
