Gluten-Friendly at Joe's

GF means the dish is gluten-free as it comes. GF mod means we can make it gluten-free on request, and some swaps cost a little extra, like gluten-free buns.

Tell your server you're eating gluten-free, even when you order a GF item. Our kitchens work with flour and bread every day, and a heads-up means the kitchen takes extra care with your order. If you have celiac disease, say so. We won't call a shared kitchen risk-free, and we'd rather be careful than casual about it.

Is Joe's safe for celiacs? Tell your server it's celiac and the kitchen takes extra care with prep. We work in shared kitchens that handle wheat, so we don't promise zero cross-contact.

Do gluten-free substitutions cost extra? Sometimes. Gluten-free buns carry a small upcharge, and your server will tell you before you order.
