How our menus mark it
GF means the dish is gluten-free as it comes. GF mod means we can make it gluten-free on request, and some swaps cost a little extra, like gluten-free buns.
Tell your server you're eating gluten-free, even when you order a GF item. Our kitchens work with flour and bread every day, and a heads-up means the kitchen takes extra care with your order. If you have celiac disease, say so. We won't call a shared kitchen risk-free, and we'd rather be careful than casual about it.
